Park, Park and more Park!

Since being in Colorado, we have spent a lot of time at the park.  Now that I'm staying at home again and don't really have any friends yet, I'm thinking we should be able to get some Frequent Park miles!! :)

They love this park because it has the sand.  It is fun for them , but MAN does it get everywhere and become a challenge to get off them!

Ok, many of you have been asking for pictures of our house and some of our new furniture....so here they are.  Some of the rooms are not done, since we have only been here 2 1/2 weeks, but you'll get some idea!

New entertainment center.  We still have the gianormous one that we have always had.  It wouldn't fit where the TV went so we put it in the front living room and use it as storage!

Casen and Ben at the Garden of the Gods.  The Garden of the Gods is a large area of red rocks that had settled on each other in strange ways.  They were really beautiful but they looked like they could fall at any moment!

Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and some snowy days!

Enjoying the snow!  Since Little Rock only got snow, maybe once a year, our kids were thrilled to get to play in some snow!

Went took the kids to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo the day after we arrived in the Springs.  It is the only Zoo in the US that is built into a mountain. We had a lot of fun but barely got to see all the animals before the snow hit!

The Zoo has a "Sky Scrap" or a ski lift that takes you over the top of the zoo and the animals.  Casen wasn't too sure about this at first.

Feeding the giraffes...this was one of the kids favorite parts.  We fed them giraffe crackers...whatever those where??
